This project involved a complete interior/exterior demolition of a former MGM attraction in the Niagara Falls tourism district. Walker Diggon provided skilled labour to complete various tasked during this project with resulted in the construction of a 2-level restaurant for Niagara Distillery & BBQ featuring Billy Bones.

We teamed up with partners Milestone Millwork to build out the space with custom millwork and custom elements including 2 bar areas, hostess stations, kitchen wall/pickup area, etc. We also oversaw the construction of a 2nd floor balcony to the exterior of the space and of a glass-enclosed distillery room allowing the client to produce their own line of spirits.
