Walker Diggon completed the following work on this project:

• excavated around the stone foundation and reinforced the foundation using stainless steel helical ties and polyurethane grouting system
• repoint and/or replaced some of the masonry around the building
• restored the existing wood windows and added custom coloured storm windows by the exterior
• repainted the wood accents around the building
• poured a concrete set of stairs at the side of the building
• installed new storm and sanitary sewer lines to the front and rear buildings
• installed new asphalt and pavers to the propery
• installed new roofing to the front building
• upgraded the electrical service to the front building
• installed new landscaping
