Robertson School St. Catharines
Walker Diggon completed the following work on this project:
- excavated around the stone foundation and reinforced the foundation using stainless steel helical ties and polyurethane grouting system
- repoint and/or replaced some of the masonry around the building
- restored the existing wood windows and added custom coloured storm windows by the exterior
- repainted the wood accents around the building
- poured a concrete set of stairs at the side of the building
- installed new storm and sanitary sewer lines to the front and rear buildings
- installed new asphalt and pavers to the propery
- installed new roofing to the front building
- upgraded the electrical service to the front building
- installed new landscaping
